Scheduled Maintenance Services

If you were to purchase a new car for lets say $35,000, you would want to keep the car for as long as possible without having problems and without it costing you any money with breakdowns.  You do this by getting it serviced and maintained on a regular basis.  Mechanical Information Technology equipment will last significantly longer if regularly maintained, paper dust, toner and airborne dust cause extreme wear and tear on moving parts, bearing and carriage assemblies.

A typical service on a standard laser printer, inkjet or dot-matrix printer takes about 45 to 60 minutes to strip, service and re-assemble.
A standard desktop computer or laptop computer can take anything from 15 to 45 minutes to disassemble clean and test.

Remote Maintenance

Due to the remoteness of many clients that Territory Technology Solutions provides service for a lot of the repairs and maintenance for servers and workstations can be done remotely with the assistance of several hardware and software packages that we currently utilise.

The provision of this service is reliant on the type of data communications that the client has access to, however the majority of our remote clients are serviced by connection through a dialup modem

Other services such as server updating for service packs and hotfixes can also be scheduled for installation after hours as most businesses prefer not to have their servers re-booted during the day. As a large number patches are released by Microsoft on a weekly basis it is imperative that these security patches and hotfixes are applied to keep unwanted hackers out of your system.
