Remote Maintenance

Due to the remoteness of many clients that Territory Technology Solutions provides service for a lot of the repairs and maintenance for servers and workstations can be done remotely through the tools available in our Managed Services Operations Centre located at our corporate HQ in Winnellie.

Other services such as server updating for service packs and hot fixes can also be scheduled for installation after hours as most businesses prefer not to have their servers re-booted during the day.
