On Site Service
Many clients require on-site services for the repair and maintenance of network and connected devices, TTS Engineers will visit your site to carry out these services as needed.
We also offer fly in / out services for our engineers to attend remote sites to carry out installations or break fix services.
| Our trained technical staff will come out and visit your site, diagnose and correct the problems in the shortest amount of time possible ensuring that you are back up and running as quickly as possible. Territory Technology Solutions on-site staff carry many commonly used hardware components and copies of most commonly used software in their repair kit. Traditionally we also carry many surge and lightning protection devices due to the extreme weather conditions that can sometimes lash the Northern Territory. On-site services can vary from hardware servicing and repair, to removing a virus from your computer system, to installing new hardware that has been purchased, there are few restrictions to what the staff can repair onsite. |
